Product Lines

I use three Ayurvedic skincare lines in my practice. Each are specifically chosen for their high level of quality, purity and medicinal ingredients. Feel free to specify any particular line you'd like to experience, otherwise, I'll customize my treatment to what your skin needs when we meet.

Lifespa - a local line created by John Douillard with the help of pharmacist, Ben Fuchs, creator of Sanitas. This line is special for many reasons, one of which is it doesn't have any preservatives in it. From an Ayurvedic prespective this insures the prana, or lifeforce, of each herb is infused beautifully in the process of creating a simple chickpea cleanser, coconut and honey mask, herbalized oil moisturizer, and vitamin C infused anti aging treatment. This is a great product line for men, chemically sensitive types, teenagers, pregnant women, and Mom's with newborns. There is just a hint of vanilla in one product, otherwise its free of aromatheray.

Kama Ayurveda - This line that comes all the way from India. It's a classic ayurvedic line formed into powders that requires the user to mix water and make a paste to cleanse and exfoliate the skin. The powders are free of any synthetics, preservatives and essential oils. The ubtan, or powders, are blends of flours, herbs and bark. A fantastic option for the "beauty anthropologists" who are curious about ancient remedies and beautiful rituals of India. The moisturizer in this line is a sesame oil infused with saffron, licorice and sandalwood. The blend delicately hydrates the skin and the saffron acts like a cosmetic product that evens the complexion.

Shankara - Shankara is a line that was created by The Art Of Living foundation. The profits from the line go to humanitarian charities around the world. I'm told that during the gourmet preparations of the products, each formulation is blessed with Vedic chants and love. The companies motto is "each bottle is filled with consciousness." I love working with the line. I feel its' purity and love the way it heightens my work. It is loaded with exotic aromatherapy. In additon to its enlightened preparation, the formulation incorperates the highest quality of ayurvedic herbs and oils, and more recent buzzwords like alpha lipoic acid, lecithen, algeas, and other minerals and anti-oxidants that repair and protect the skin from free radical damage.
